SUNDAY hikes start at 2:30 p.m., go approx. 5 miles and last approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours.
TUESDAY hikes start at 07:00 p.m., go approx. 3 miles, and last approx. 1 hour.
The SPHC walks at a moderate speed of 2.5 - 3.5 mph. Hikers are expected to maintain that pace. (17-24 min. mile) Hikes start on time.

Meeting Location: Meet at St. Croix River Xing Loop Trailhead 1315 S Main St, Stillwater, MN 55082
Directions: Take Hwy 36 exiting on to Hwy 95 and turn left. Go north towards Stillwater, the Trailhead parking lot is the 2nd street on the right just north of the new bridge.
Hike Description: We will walk the St. Croix River Xing Loop trail to downtown Stillwater and over the old bridge. The 3 mile hikers will turn back and the 5 mile hikers will continue up the steep hill and around to the New bridge.

Meeting Location: Meet at Lake Elmo Park Reserve, 1515 Keats Ave. N. Lake Elmo. Gather in the Nordic center lot, on your right, past the entrance office. Free Tuesday, no fee required.
Directions: Go East on 94 to Woodbury Drive/Keats Ave (exit 251) Left on Woodbury Dr. north and continue straight into the park.
Hike Description: We will hike the lighted hilly rustic ski trails, bring a flashlight, and wear sturdy shoes.
Treats: Judy's car or the Nordic Center.

Meeting Location: Meet at the Rice Creek North Regional Trail Access, 1901 County Rd I, St Paul, MN 55126
Directions: Take 35W north, exit on Co Rd I, at roundabout take 2nd exit staying on Co Rd I. Or 694 to Lexington Avenue north, at County Rd I take a left.
Hike Description: The hike will be on paved trails.

Meeting Location: ‘Walk on the Wild Side’. Meet in the parking lot of Wildwood Elementary, 8698 75th St. N., Stillwater.
Directions: Located east of Mahtomedi in the city of Grant. Exit Hwy 36 on Hilton Trail, go one mile north. At the light turn right onto Co 12 / 75th St N/Stillwater Rd. Wildwood school is ½ mile on the left. After the next stop light, Watch for Wildwood school sign. The school is set back and to the right.
Hike Description: We'll hike the horse trail that parallels the Gateway trail, out and back. Unpaved but mostly flat.
Treats: Wildwood Tavern, 80 Mahtomedi Ave.

Meeting Location: Meet at Sunfish Lake Park/Sally Manzara Nature Center, 9700 Stillwater Ln N (off Hwy 14) Lake Elmo.
Directions: Take Stillwater Blvd. N to Stillwater Ln N, go 100 yards, turn left into the park. (about 2.5 miles E of 694 on Hwy 14, east of the roundabout). Watch for signs, entrance is W of Common Ground Church on a gravel road.
Hike Description: There are lots of hills on unpaved rustic trails. Note: The 5 mile hike will go past 4:30.

Meeting Location: Meet at Carondelet Village 525 Fairview Avenue South, St. Paul, MN 55116
Directions: The main entrance is 525 A Fairview Ave. just south of Randolph Avenue. Additional parking is at 525 B Fairview Avenue South.
Hike Description: We’ll hike around St. Kate's and the neighborhood.
Treats: Refreshments at Carondelet Village.

Meeting Location: Meet at Coldwater Stop parking lot on the Browns Creek Trail, 8312 Neal Ave N. Stillwater.
Directions: Just south of Neal Ave & McKusick Rd. intersection.
Hike Description: Alert: This is a 5 3/4 mile hike with some steps.
Treats: Patriots Tavern, 145 New England Pl., Stillwater.

Meeting Location: Park at the northeast end of St Anthony Village shopping center 2950 Pentagon Dr, St Anthony Village
Directions: by the Montessori school.
Hike Description: Route includes visit to the grave of club founder Grace Cummings Villars in Sunset Memorial Gardens, (if it’s not too spooky after dark), Minneapolis skyline from Ridgway Parkway, and a section of Minneapolis Diagonal Trail.
Treats: Nightcap/snack: Village Pub, 2720 Co. Rd 88, St. Anthony Village (next door to
shopping center).
