Sunday hikes start at 2:30 pm, go approx. 5 miles, last 1 1⁄2 – 2 hrs.
Tuesday hikes start at 07:00 pm, go approx. 3 miles, last about 1 hour.
The SPHC walks at a moderate speed of 2.5 -3.5 mph. (17-24 min. mile)
Hikers are expected to maintain that pace. Hikes start on time.
OUR QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING..will be on Monday, June 10, 6:30 pm at the White Bear Lake Library, 2150 2nd St., White Bear Lake. Members welcome to attend.

THE SPHC SPRING SOCIAL 2024...
The Spring Social at Jimmy’s was delightful! The room was cozy, the food was good!
Thank you's go out to Social Director, Sharon Heaton for finding and organizing this event. Patty Peterson and Sharon Heaton for making the table centerpieces, Vicky Beutel for the food identifiers, Viv Fickling for keeping track of the orders, Rick Nelson for his presentation and handing out the awards and last, but not least, to the attendees. A good time was had by all!!
