SUNDAY hikes start at 2:30 p.m., go approx. 5 miles and last approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours.
TUESDAY hikes start at 11:30 a.m., go approx. 3 miles, and last approx. 1 hour.
The SPHC walks at a moderate speed of 2.5 - 3.5 mph. Hikers are expected to maintain that pace. (17-24 min. mile) Hikes start on time.

Meeting Location: Meet at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park, 6970 Lamotte Dr, Hugo.
Directions: Take 35E north to Hwy 14, take Centerville exit 123B. Go 1 mile west turn south on
Centerville Rd to Lamotte Dr.
Hike Description: We’ll hike around Centerville Lake which will take us through the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve.
Treats: Vicky’s car.

Meeting Location: Meet at the General Dynamics south parking lot, just west of Bloomington (Lincoln) Stadium, 2400 W 90th Street, Bloomington.
Directions: Take 35W south to 90th street. Go west. Continue through Penn Ave S, past the athletic fields and turn right into the parking lot on the north side of the street.
Hike Description: We will hike through Bloomington neighborhoods.
Treats: Gyropolis, 2325 W 90th St, Bloomington, at 90th & Penn.

Meeting Location: We will gather/park in the lot at South Valley Park 2810 70th Ave East, Inver Grove Heights.
Directions: Hwy 494 go south on Hwy 52 and exit on 70th Ave E and head east.
Hike Description: We will be walking through the hills of Inver Grove Heights, partially through South Valley Parks and partially on our city sidewalks.
Treats: Trunk treats.

Meeting Location: Meet at the 4260 Webber Pkwy, Webber Park parking lot at about Bryant Ave N and Webber Pkwy in North Minneapolis.
Directions: From I 94, exit at 49th/53rd Ave N. The western frontage road is Lyndale Ave. Take that south until you cross the RR tracks then turn right on Webber Pkwy.
Hike Description: We'll mostly hike trails in North Mississippi Regional Park, with a loop in the neighborhood back to Webber Park

Meeting Location: We'll meet at the High Bridge Dog park, 59 Randolph Ave., St. Paul, 55102.
Directions: (The park is under the Smith Avenue High Bridge and has plentiful parking). Head east on Randolph from W 7th street. You'll cross Shepard and may notice a "no outlet" sign. You're on the right (bumpy) road! The park comes up in a little less than a mile, where Randolph ends.
Hike Description: We'll hike to Upper Landing Park, ramble around Rivertown, and loop back via Shepard Rd. Plan for a hill or two and some steps.
Treats: yummy homemade cookies.

Meeting Location: Meet in the parking lot of Colby Lake Park in Woodbury at 9715 Valley Creek Rd.
Directions: From #494 go East on Valley Creek Rd, The park is on the right side just west of Woodbury Drive. There is a school in the distance, if the lot is full, park in the lot up the hill overlooking the hockey rinks.
Hike Description: We'll hike on trails in the park and around Colby Lake.
Treats: Davannis, behind Walgreens 1905 Donegal Dr., Woodbury

Meeting Location: Meet at Vadnais-Sucker Lake recreational area. 25 County Rd F, Vadnais Heights.
Directions: From St Paul: Go North on Rice St., at the roundabout of Rice, Hodgson & Gramsie, take the first exit to stay on Rice St., at the 4-way stop, turn right onto County Rd F, the parking lot is on the left, just before the RR tracks. From 35E: Go N to Hwy 96, West to Rice St., turn left (South) until the 4-way stop (Co Rd F) turn left. The park is on the left, just before the RR tracks.
Hike Description: The trail is flat and paved.

Meeting Location: Meet at the Temple of Aaron Synagogue at 616 Mississippi Blvd S at Hartford Ave in St Paul.
Directions: We will meet in the lot on the north side of the synagogue. (we have their permission).
Hike Description: The hike will be on paved trails on a loop of both sides of the river. It is a 5.5 mile hike.
Treats: Carbone’s Pizza at 1698 Randolph Ave in St Paul.

Directions: Go south on Hwy 55 from downtown Minneapolis. Turn west on E 46th St.
Hike Description: We will hike around the Minnehaha Park area
