SUNDAY hikes start at 2:30 p.m., go approx. 5 miles and last approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours.
TUESDAY hikes start at 07:00 p.m., go approx. 3 miles, and last approx. 1 hour.
The SPHC walks at a moderate speed; 17-24 minute mile.
Hikers are expected to maintain that pace.

Meeting Location: Meet at Patrick Eagan Park, 3981 Lexington Ave., Eagan.
Directions: North of Diffley Road and East of Pilot Knob Road.
Hike Description: We’ll hike through Patrick Eagan Park to Caponi Art Park to view the sculptures. Most of the hike is unpaved trails with some hills.

Meeting Location: Meet at Lake Elmo Park Reserve, 1515 Keats Ave. N., Lake Elmo. Gather in the Nordic Center parking lot, on your right past the entrance park office. It's Free Tuesday, no fee required.
Directions: EB I-94 is reduced to two lanes between Century Ave. and Woodbury Dr. so Please use 10th Street N. as an alternate to get to the park. Go East on I-94 to Woodbury Dr/Keats Ave (exit 251) Left on Woodbury Dr, go north and continue straight on the road into the park.
Hike Description: We will hike the trails.

Meeting Location: Meet at the north end of the Maplewood Library parking lot, 3025 Southlawn Dr., Maplewood.
Directions: North and west side of Maplewood mall.
Hike Description: The hike will be on sidewalks and paved trails near Maplewood Mall and North St. Paul.

Meeting Location: Meet at Blaine Wetland Sanctuary, 11980 Lexington Ave N.E., Blaine.
Directions: Go North on
Lexington to 125th Ave NE, make a U-turn at the stop light. Entrance will be .6 miles south of 125th on the right hand side.
Hike Description: Flat trail.

Meeting Location: Meet at 35th Ave S and E Minnehaha Pkwy in Minneapolis (3509 E Minnehaha Pkwy).
Directions: South of E 46th St and North of E 50th St.
Hike Description: Our hike will be on sidewalks and trails along Minnehaha Creek and Pkwy to Lake Nokomis and around Hiawatha Golf course.

Meeting Location: Meet at Cherokee Park, 700 Cherokee Heights Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55107
Directions: South of the Smith Avenue High Bridge
Hike Description: HWe will walk through the park to and down the Smith Avenue High Bridge. From there we'll walk a little way down West 7th, back up the High Bridge and around the other side of the park.
Treats: I will bring a variety of chips and dips to be enjoyed at the park, weather permitting. I'll also bring napkins and hand sanitizer. BYOB.

Meeting Location: Meet in back of the River Market Community Co-op, 201 Water St N, Stillwater, MN 55082
Directions: Stillwater has some pay parking, some is for the stores only and some is public parking.
Hike Description: We will walk across the Stillwater bridge and up the steep hill on St Croix River Crossing Loop Trail. Then walk the gradual down hill grade across the new bridge back to Stillwater.

Meeting Location: Meet in the Park and Ride lot East of Hwy 61 and South of Lower Afton Rd., 432 Point Douglas Rd S., Maplewood
Directions: Take Hwy 61 South from St Paul, turn left on Lower Afton, then right onto Pt Douglas Rd.
Hike Description: The hike will do the three mile Centennial hike. One long, steep hill to climb.

Directions: Go S. on Hwy 61 to 21st St., turn left & another left into the parking lot. (add'l parking along 21st St.
Hike Description: We will hike paved trails along the river & some hills, including views of the Falls & walk down to Old Mill park.
